yup i firmly believe taht when you run this,ANC called players should be substituted with a player from teh same club and replaced once they are back

just a suggestion mind, i was thinking it is unfortunate that you have to use your selection on replacing a guy who is away to a tournament,especially in Eto'o and Drogba's case as this is the only reason you would drop them

Fair enough. Bozi's suggestion is a good one. Swap players out for the ANC with a player from the same club. Make sure that you mark the players in bold so that I don't get confused while calculating the scores. If the swapped player is still in your lineup come February 1st, the player will have to be swapped back with the original player.
