Swear to God yesterday I watched the game with some friends and once we scored and Roma went 1 man down I said to my friends this will end 1-1 draw and all of them thought it's crazy no way it will happen.

Woke up this morning to check on the result and bang, 1-1 !

Let's say it's a tradition for Juve, watched them long enough to know what kind of games we usually screw up in. And I've said it before we "really" should be careful about dortmund's game. Because with a 2-1 advantage result we had in the first game is "exactly" the kind of games we always screw up in, let's hope for once they will prove me wrong.

We REALLY need to get better at counters. We waste so many of them.
3-5-2 with the players we had on the pitch today destroys our ability to counter.

Our 4-3-1-2 against Dortmund was extremely effective countering with Pogba, Tevez, and Morata. And that's despite having Vidal as the attacking mid. If we played Pereyra as the attacking mid we'd have some serious pace for counters.

3-5-2 is just a shit formation when you don't have world class WBs (both offensively and defensively).

Wait, I don't get it. You were watching the game with friends, presumably up until the moment we scored and it was 1-0, I assume you then turned the TV off, told your friends to go home and went to bed? When Tevez scored it was the 65th min, so therefore there was only like 20-25 mins left? Im genuinely curious.

:delpiero: loved that celebration as well, running underneath the curva.

Teams with normal, unbroken mentalities around the World, after their opponents go down to 10 men

"Excellent, now we can overwhelm them and pin them back at will."

Us

"Excellent, now we can be extra careful not to leave our own half"

Although our game plan was excellent at times, and we executed it well enough. We don't have the set piece defending skills to sit back on a 1 goal lead because inevitably corners and FKs will come flying at us.

Or he was having a sleepover, and it was lights out.

Garcia subbing in pacy players like Florenzi, Iturbe and Naingolan made us problems. We should have covered that left side with Padoin because Evra was getting fucked. Late subs screwed us once again.

All in all, it's a very good result for us.

Roma never really threatened us and let's not forget we played without Pogba, Pirlo, Barzagli and Asamoah.

You guys forgot the most epic celebration we ever had on this stadium was Melo's one and nothing can ever beat that :)

Great game, and great celebration. But I cannot bring myself to watch games from that miserable season.
