I never said brilliant Don, i said he had a good game and he didn't deserve the Subs...

just face the fact dude, DP is not like the one we use to know, his performance descend....but still he claim a place in the first team...he'll end up like Robby Baggio...or maybe worst

to be honest Del Piero fans should be glad that he was given the start to begin with. coz base on performance he dont deserve it. see it as 60 minus plus, not 40 minutes minus.

Legro and Tudor is a good sub, but if Cappelo doesn't have faith in them, Let's hope Moggi buy good young CB.Players will underperform if he doesn't get enough faith from his coach.
We can't expect Thuram and Cannavaro stay injury free and play all the remaining matches.

well we got ourselves a pretty good argument here about alex. Almost every post since page 29 has the name "Del Piero" in it. This just shows how much pressure and the eyes of every single fan is on this guy's every move.

To Andy: u look like u dont like the captain very much, i agree about replacing him, but not now , he has a few more years in him and at least a year and half in juve standards. The thing u seem to NOT KNOW is that ,just his prescence gives the players a morale boost, when he plays well all the players are proud , cuz he is their captain.i think alex played a good game , at least a type of game that gives him 90 mins.

- i've been always a fan of tudor , i was really disappointed when montero was in the starting 11.i think tudor was a more reasonable use, as he represents better power and even speed when it comes to montero.

-now to wat capello is doin with alex.it looks like the samething as Lippi did with robby baggio, well he turned out to be a legend in italy , and juve won a good some of championships.

- also one other thing about the match, i was surfing everywhere looking for some other than alex and zlatan, i was looking for wat neddy did in the game.this guy was the best player in the team for two years running, but looks like he is underperforming heavly this year, he is our attacking midfielder and he should have more impact on the team offensively. i hope he gets back to his best.

-NOW TO THE THING THAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF !!!all u people doughting juve's chances in both competitions , WHAT THE HELL R U THINKING ??everyone said that juve made the chances and only could not convert, and the goal against us was only frrom one mistake by a subb, HOW DARE SAY THAT WE CANNT WIN ANYMORE!!! this just shows that the forum has some ignorant fools, who should know a thing or two b4 coming here and bable any crap they think.IF we had won this game then everyone would be happy and saying the scudetto is already ours.
We have half of the season left and guys i think we just a little luck, and MILAN WONT WIN EVERY GAME, its just not possible.

maybe this 1-1 really helps the juve team, in terms that they now realize that they have to make it 2-0 instead of waiting and holding 1-0. hopefully they learn there lesson and show us another juve offence in the next match.

we still have two points advantage!

At the end of the match against Parma, with the Bianconeri having to be content with the draw, Fabio Capello underlines his team’s good performance, although he’s obviously unhappy about the result: “Good match. In soccer, drawing a match that you were supposed to win is part of the game. The draw at Parma was the result of a ball badly bounced but we still should have closed the match before. In fact, we had two or three scoring occasions after taking the lead but we did not take advantage of them and Frey was really good. Anyway I’m satisfied with the team’s performance, they showed to be in a good condition and kept the high standard until the end against such a lively opponent; however, I’m not happy about the result. We’ve been stronger for most of the match, we could have won.”

The match between the Bianconeri and Parma at the Tardini ends 1-1. After a first half dominated by Capello’s squad, the second half is marked by the deserved advantage goal by Ibrahimovic. In the final, Marchionni equalizes for the home side. The Bianconeri keeps the lead but Milan’s gap, after beating Lecce at the San Siro, is now 2 point down.

A good first half for Capello’s squad that finds two great scoring occasions. The first after 7 minutes, when Camoranesi’s right-footed fine kick from the edge of the box hits the post. The second after 27 minutes when Zebina assists Ibrahimovic into the box and the latter shoots straight into the net but Frey outdoes himself and saves. Also worth mentioning are Emerson and Zebina’s finishes from the distance. Another great action from the Bianconeri after 21 minutes: Del Piero dribbles three opponents, passes to Zambrotta, the latter crosses for Nedved and his shot is slightly wide of the post. After 36 minutes, Ibrahimovic serves Del Piero from the right, but the Captain is countered by Bovo. He protests for a Parma defender handling the ball. The home side attacks after 5 minutes with Gilardino, whose action is saved by Buffon and then the Bianconeri defence doesn’t run any remarkable risk.

The second half starts with no substitution. The Bianconeri get close to scoring right away with Del Piero’s free kick, then saved by Frey (4’). Then Emerson’s attempt from the distance is saved by Parma’s goalkeeper, whose clearance is intercepted by Camoranesi who kicks the ball out (10’). Ibrahimovic warms up and after 14 minutes, countered by Paolo Cannavaro, shoots the ball over the goal line, after a fine pass between Nedved and Del Piero. The Captain is replaced after 17 minutes by Zalayeta. One minute later and there it comes the deserved advantage goal: on a cross pass by Camoranesi, Ibrahimovic nods in precisely and beats Frey. Parma, which was dangerously in attack before the goal with Gilardino after 15 minutes (deflecting the ball, cleared by Buffon), can’t find an immediate reaction and it’s Capello’s side who comes close to draw after 24 minutes with Nedved, whose great shot from the edge of the box is slightly wide of the target and again after 25 minutes when Ibrahimovic kicks out an assist by the Czech. Parma’s equalizing goal comes after 39 minutes: Marchionni tries to shoot from a good position, Buffon clears, Marchionni shoots again and this time he hits the target (1-1). The final minutes are quite intense, with Frey clearing a finish from Nedved, served by Zalayeta.

well , before the goal we conceded i said to myself that I didn't feel that Thuram wasn't playting but after a minute i woke up & clearly saw that at the right moment we do miss Lilian !! what a pity that Juve have such defenders cause a team like Juve can't have such an agey defenders like Montero , Ferrara , Iluiano !!
anyway just hope that we will bounce back on sunday against Livorno & forget the 2 pts that we lost !!

forza Juve !!

& what makes it more miserable for me is that Montero played like a defender for Parma when he clashed with Zambrotta & denied him from chasing Marchioni which resulted in making him one on one with Buffon & evidently he scored !!

good job Montero , keep it up !!
