It's not really attacking, Zanetti and Poulsen won't have to push in-front so long they have Giovinco ahead of them and Nedved on their left.

it's gonna be one of these days when you get shocked by Salih in the starting formation, Ranieri doesnt want to lose again so his priority is defense, hoping to draw 0-0 and come up in the press conference insuring it's a good result playing away to Napoli , he'll use the usual 4-4-2, with Zanetti (hopefully) and Poulsen at the center, Salih as RM, Nedved at the left
