People blaming diego for this should really think long and hard. How is diego supposed to play when what he has behind him wouldn't be out of place in the russian state circus...

I regret answering to that post of yours. I can't believe you said that.

Jesus...
Sorry but Diego has a looooooooooot to prove. I, obviously, want him to prove it and prove me wrong, but as things stand right now the boy was a flop at Porto, very bad for Brazil which eventually meant that he's not even making the 23-25 men squad and he's very average for Juve. We're talking about lots of different coaches, lots of different tactics, different football mentalities and he failed in all the ones mentioned above.
So I really must ask my self if he's great and these bad episodes are a fluke, or were his good games at Werder the fluke.

Talent wise Miccoli is also a fantastic player, but talent alone doesn't cut it i'm afraid. So far my comparison with Miccoli is pretty accurate.

if we dont finish 4th we are in massive trouble.

firstly, we miss out on the financial benefits of the champions league,

secondly we become unapealing to good players outside the team who we could potentially buy,

lastly we become unapealing to coaches who we could bring in to make the difference.

the only good that can come is that maybe members from the board will be cleared out.

if we cant get benitez lets get in vialli!

the only players that should remain next year are:

del piero, buffon, chiellini, candreva, sissoko, marchisio, giovinco, diego, de cegli, iaquinta? (never really loved but his work ethic is good)

If that's how you feel, you leave.
I should leave are you serious? you are just as useless as the incompetent coaches we've hired. I would much rather see Giovinco playing for another team and shining than being wasted on the bench. Making Juventus management and Serie A as a whole change the stupid mentality of playing usless players over their own talented players. Giovinco, Balotelli and all the young Italian talents should leave the country for England and Spain, only then when they're shining in another league the Italians press and clubs notice what talent they had.

The biggest reason for our season is the horrible mercato we had. Spending 25M € for Diego to play 4-3-1-2 with useless fullbacks and another 25M €for Melo instead of a regista were horribly moves. 50M used for players/formation that basically made our team worse than last season ruined it.

We lost the little width we had when Nedved retired and Camo has been injured for most of the season without a backup for him. That and our horrible defense are the things that should have been fixed in the summer. I don't know if any coach could do well with the squad we have now. Most likely they could do better than Zac but probably not enough.

How are we going to improve our squad without the CL money?

I don't care what we deserve. We need to make the CL for the cash flow. If we don't, we won't even improve in Serie A.
I think we need to do what all teams with European aspirations do when they don't have the money: we have to earn it. Palermo is doing it. We're not. It's that simple.

I am not convinced that sneaking into a 4th place slot, earning some extra bucks, and getting humiliatingly bounced out of it quickly is much better than taking Palermo's route right now: building a team with less money and earning it.

Agreed. Finally.

No one thinks Gourcuff for Diego is a good idea. I got shot to hell for that.

It helps to fill the stadium too...when was the last time we were sold out?

Miccoli would be our best player then, by your logic.

We should have kept him.

Forget CL money we have talented players who want to fight for the shirt in the team yet can't even see the field. You want money sell the clowns in the team. I don't want to see Juve in the ClL next season or else prepare for more results like the Bayern 4-1 demolition. A team like Barca, Arsenal or United will tear us to shreds.
