Let's bash Del Piero.

He wasn't great in sitting on the bench TBH. I mean, he came on after 70 fvcking minutes. What kind of bench performance is that? He couldn't even last an entire game.

Oh wait.

First of all congrats to Milan as they played good football and deserved to win.
Secondly, i do not see how 4-4-2 can win important matches in this day and age, well certainly not important events like Cl or world cup.

As for the match, for those who did not watch, the first goal took a wicked deflection off Thuram and looped over Chimenti, shot by Seedorf, the second was caused by uncertainty in our defence, yet again, from a corner and Kaka, half volleyed into the net and the third was a poor free kick by Pirlo which Chimenti somehow allowed to bounce in front of his despairing dive into the net

Our chances fell mainly to Nedved on the left who for the firat one took a very p[athetic shot which was easily saved, the second he tried to dribble past Stam , who took the ball and Nedved started actin like he was hacked down, when he could have hit the ball first time, and our goal was scored by a good pass from Vieria which Trez met well on a half volley.

Our defence was not so good with Cannavaro and Thuram given a torrid time by Gilardino and Inzaghi's cleverr runs off the ball
Our midfield was out battled by Gattusso, out foxed by Seedorf and Pirlo and out skilled by Kaka
Our attack was non existent

Now to our coach, yes he has won zillions of titles, scudettos and La liga but I will continue to say it, he is very lacking in my book
He has continued to persevere with a system that only works against weaker teams, like Trapatoni in world cup 2002, and Eriksson, the wrong man is blessed with array of forward talent, its like giving pearls to a swine
A midfield of Vieria and Emerson to be totally dominated is criminal and thats becos u have Camo on the right and Nedved on the left as wingers
Ffs we need more bodies in the midfield to help these 2 guys.
We were playing 0-0 last year against Milan in the first half at home, playing really badly and what does Crapelloo do, he takes off Dp, this time we were 3-0 down in the first half and his first sub was Chiellini, unbelievable

Then he brings on Mutu to take the place of a natural or well more suited winger, to play as a winger
He brings on Dp to replace a completely useless Nedved to play as a left winger
All the time , still playing the hapless 4-4-2

This so called great coach has converted Zambrotta from a world class left ffull back to an inept right full back

Why are Nedved and Zlatan allowed to get away with ruiniong our chances of success?

Whom in his right mind will field Chimenti in such an important game?

Unless we change this system to 4-3 -3 or 3 -5 -1, we cannot comfortably beat the so called big teams

And those of you who worship our coach , please answer me 1 important question

How many times has Crapelloo as our manager being able to iwn a game coming from behind?
Surely a great should be able to see how a game is going and be able to change the game tactically or thru change of personnel?
I mean it was quite obvious that Milan were weak on the right hand side of their defence but we didnt not exploit that enuff. Dp was free on a couple of occasions and like i said earlier Nedved had some chances

I used to be like that, until I realized it's stupid to hate a football team
Yet you hate your national team :groan:

i think we honestly made them (milan) look good...jammy first goal, keystone cops defending for cacka's second (why the big deal about him?vastly overated imo), and as for the goalkeeping for no 3.......yes juve were pretty awful but like i said before this should be a wake up call

Chimenti (-2) if anyone knows a hitman in italy please pm me

Cannavaro (5) no pace left too many sapces open

Thuram (5) made some mistakes but also brought some poise to the defense

Pessoto (4) doesnt bring anything to the team might as well be at 10 players

zambrotta (6.5) by far our best player showed grinta and determination when everyone else was nappin

Emerson (5) on winter hibernation, come back in spring

Viera (5.5) better than Emerson, but was outnumbered in midfield

Camo (4.5) bad bad game for camo, lost too many balls and had no presence

Nedved (4) what can i say, thanks and good bye pavel

Trez (6.5) ran a lot for his standards, and scored a sgnature goal

Zlatan (4) didnt do one thing right tonight

    Subs

Chiellini (5.5) secured his postion pretty well and didnt show any fear and slapped Inzaghi :)

    Mutu n.r

Del Piero (6) played real solid didnt lose the ball and brought some danger to the milan back 4

    The entire team was horrible.
Not really. Thuram and Emerson were playing good. Emerson was the only one in midfield trying to do something. Vieira was a joke, Camo was invinsible (new Trez), and Nedved was ok.

But really, Trezeguet's goal was brilliant. Absolutely stunning stuff, the way he took it, how he ran after the ball. WOW.

A pity he needed help from Stam though.

I am so disappointed my fellow juventini.

Today I lost any hope of this team to win the CL.
    What was this tonight?
our players can even not run good. and we have a distasterious coach. to left our most in form players (Mutu and Del piero) was a great fault and then to wait until the 70 minute and then to bring DP was even a evidence of incapacity from capello. what the hell does this man think. I can not understand the world anymore.
A good coach must be able to change and to adapt formation and tactics before and during a game, but what is capello doing, he brings DP and Mutu and let them play on the same position like nedved and camo before. no one is changing his position. against a team like ours every team in the world can stop us.

But it is not only capello to blame, the players have no determination and fighting spirit. what the hell is nedved doing out there? he is only running and provocate and hit the other players. TBH I don´t wanna win a scudetto with lucky win´s against weaker teams and to give such performence against "big" teams. all the players say we want to win the CL, but they do not do anything on the pitch.
Don´t tell me it was an incident, it was for the second time in a very short time. there is no live in the team.
