don't have the source , but i got it from vechia signora

pratically it says

What happens when a player goes out of the field without the authorization of the reffere and enters in the same way ?
Wha should the reff do ?
Unless the player has left the field in case of a decision of the reff , (in wich case he should considered expelled from the game , red card) , he will stop the game and will book the player , for the so called going out and in the field without his permission . The game will start with a free kick in the inderect position where the ball was in the moment the game was stopped

I remember someone posting something about players cannot leave the field to gain a tactical advantage in the game , but can't find it anymore
Dude, enough with this already, the only time when a player needs permission to enter the pitch again is if he needed medical attention and had to be taken off, and then wait for the referee to tell him it's ok to get back in.
If what you're saying is that Muntari's goal shouldn't count because a player got out of the field and then got back in without permission it's ridiculous.

Milan stopper Philippe Mexes has defended his actions against Juventus which led to a suspension. “I get hit too.”

The defender was yesterday banned for the Rossoneri’s next three League games after striking Marco Borriello in an off-the-ball incident during Saturday's 1-1 draw.

“These things shouldn’t happen, that is clear, but there was nothing vicious in it,” stated the French international.

“I suffer a few blows too during games, but I don’t go down to the ground and start rolling around…”

The 29-year-old has made nine League appearances for the Rossoneri this season after recovering from knee ligament damage.

He will miss Milan’s games against Palermo, Lecce and Parma.

You're wrong. Do you play football yourself? I've seen many people getting carded, because they left the field for a drink of water and reentered the field without permission. It's the when you sub a player. You may not enter the field, before the other player is out.
