Antonio Nocerino has been a sensation for Milan this season and hopes “someone at Juventus is feeling regret at seeing me play like this.”

The midfielder scored against his former teammates in last night’s 1-1 draw at San Siro.

You misunderstood. They don't mean literally. They mean that the 3rd half of the match will be played on green table, where the league officials will decide who will get banned and how long those bans will be.
