There are only a few days left before the end of 2005 and it is inevitable that the congratulations for Capello and his team, always at the top, cannot be counted. When the journalists make him notice this, Juventus coach, who always looks forward, is already focused on the next match against Lazio and answers: “Let’s not think about the praise and the numbers, neither to what we have conquered so far. Let’s think about the future and what we will have to achieve from now on”. Capello, in fact, talks about Lazio: “It is playing well, it is in great psycho-physical conditions, plays a good football and got Oddo and Rocchi back. It is going to be a difficult game, just like all others, especially since we play away”.
They ask him about Emerson, Mutu and Giannichedda, who are not called for: “Emerson has not recovered yet, Mutu has muscular problems, Giannichedda is out because he got injured during the match against Cagliari”. There are no anticipation of the team, as usual, but when they ask him if Blasi will play, the answer is obvious. Nothing else, though. So, the choices of the team’s coach will be made public only on the match-day. Capello, however, talks about Vieira’s recovery: “Now he returned to be himself, but also when he was not 100% he always plays good games. The only thing he was missing was some continuity”. Again about the match against Lazio: “We hope to do well. Whenever the opposing team attacks, it has good qualities. We should be good at highlighting their difficulties instead of their values”.
