Use GMT as your time reference. Dinf out how many hours your country's timezone is ahead or behind GMT. Then go to www.goalzz.com. They will give you all the times in GMT.

I figured this out for myself the first week I ever learned to use a computer, I think I was 12 at the time. You should have no excuse man.
