Buffon - 7 - Nothing to do thankfully
Sorensen - 7 - Solid, good assist but a couple of shaky spells
Bonucci - 8 - Didn't give much away
Barzagli - 9 - Stormer of a game. Was rock solid and always in the right place.
Chiellini - 8 - Reassuring as a full back. Went forward and got back well.
Krasic - 6 - Didn't contribute a lot, wanted to see him run more at the old bastard
Melo - 8 - Beast
Aqua - 6.5 - Not his best game but was ok
Marchisio - 6.5 - Decent game, made a few poor decisions and slacked when picked up injury
Toni - 7.5 - Started poor but grew into the game. Excellent link play and dominated the Inter backline. Handful tonight
Matri - 8 - Until the injury he caused a lot of problems. Great goal and could have had a hattrick. Gets into brilliant positions

Iaquinta - 4 - Didnt offer anything. Was basically like playing without a striker
Pepe - 5 - Poor decision making and could have cost us a goal.
Momo - 5 - Not a footballer

That's why I said "injured...or players who couldn't continue". Marchisio was limping so maybe it wasn't just DN being precocious but it was Marchisio asking to be subbed because he couldn't continue. In any case, all three things happened at the very same time.

aquilani, like zidane, used to have games where he shined, and anonymous games
yet in the anonymous games, he still did terrific work for the team
when someone else would have played on his spot today, juventus would have had serious issues.

also, playing against cambiasshole, the best cdm in the world, and tiago motta, wel they took xavi and co down last year so not really a shame to not be able to shine in such circumstances

Ok, I expected this kind of performance and with a little luck I expected us to win. I had no doubts in the boys about tonight.
Now it's the trickier part. Beating Lecce and Bologna. Simply a must.

We got a bit lucky but at the same time the injuries were against us. I am not sure Delneri could have changed the sub at the last second, I felt things were going against us once again until Eto'o missed that chance. It feels good to win like we did, I hope we build some confidence on that and make a winning streak we desperately need.
