[Serie A] Juventus - Udinese (6 Viewers)

Capello did surprised us this time with this very attacking formation,
he was a kind of forced to do it because Vieira was out for this match and Blasi or Gianni werent the players to dominate Udineze's midfield
and Udine had many players suspended/injured,
so he chossed corectly to present an offensive scheme,
i dont agree with the way he did it though,
also i think he will consider this experiment as a failure because we failed to produce any goals and finish Udine long before the Ref-Muntari twin cripple Udineze
and right after that althought we had the total control of the game still we were not as efficient in our decisive play as someone would have expect from this kind of team
and esp after the incidents of red card and the offside goals, Udineze will have the right to claim it was an unfair win, a few more goals would have prevent that...
Buffon - 5.5 Shaky,he wasnt really tasted but he could react better in some cases
Zambrotta - 7 brilliant game,he has turned into a RB, he stopped Di Natale completely and still had the time and the stamina to make those runs/crosses,
he helped any teammate was around him,he was an exemple in the field.MOM
Thuram - 6 Did no mistakes this time
Canna - 5.5 His two v.weak passes to the back under great pressure almost costs us the lead and the win, if Thuram was the author of those passes everybody would have claimed his head, however he managed to correct his mistake without commiting a penalty, he also tried to score with 2 headers from corners.
Balzaretti - 6.5 solid at defence, good combinations with Mutu, plenty and excelent crosses to our strikers,he is many steps ahead of Chiellini IMO
Neddy - 6.5 The Cech fury is far away from finished, he was more imressive at first half,
he tried 4-5 long shoots, De Sanctis in good day prevented him to score though
Camo - 6.0 he was positive, he helped everyone, i m not sure he liked that role in the center, he changed sides with Neddy all the time,he did two mistakes and got subbed
Emerson - 6.0 dominated the midfield, but also did some wrong passes and some unnecesary fouls
Mutu - 5.5 not his best game, i was surprised to see Zenoni outrunned him once,
he was served many times in the first half, did some good combinations and runs and crosses, but dissapeared in the second half,IMO Cap he sould be the man playing in the midfield
Zlatan - 4.5 He sould have started the game and get his form back as soon as possible,
but with the offensive scheme we used he was playing as target man, thing that stopped his amazingly creative abilities as a supporting striker to flour,
he tried some impressive backheels but other than spectacle offered nothing usefull, ( we know he is a very skillfull player, its anout time to use those skills to do smth )
he losted the control of the ball in many cases, (thing that doents happen, i rate his control abilities to be very high) and wasted many opportunities trying to do impossible things.
Thought it wasnt his day and nothing worked as it should, we have to admire his will to create chances against impossible odds all the time,
a shoot that might go wide, hitted the post, a backheel between 3 defenders met his teamate.
He got improoved to the air game,his headers were danzerous
He interacted with DP better than everybody else...
Trezequet - 5.5 Having Camo,Neddy,Zambro,Mutu,Balza make runs for u,
u dont have to return in the midfield and try to provide Zlatan with passes, he sould have stayed closer to De Sanctis...
Del Piero - 6.5 the captain did his job once again,for the days Zlatan cant create and Trezequet cant score,
we have this magnifisent tool sitting on the bench and waiting patiently to be called to save the day,
he was eager to play, dribble, mark ,lob, shoot, set up players,
He and Trezequet were both offside in our winning goal...
Gianni 5.5 he played for how minutes? and still got the time to get himself a yellow card

It's amazing how many lame comments are posted on this forum!!!Last year that DP was a disgrace i bet you didn't say these lame comments for him.I respect your passion for a player who has contributed so much to Juve generally but OMG you are DP fans and not Juve fans.Zlatan is the most goal-passing player in serie a and you keep making lame comments.This obviously won't stop.Try and support him a bit.If he hadn't hit the post i wonder what you would say.He is not a cool finisher and his role is to support a classic striker like Trez.Capello tries to make him Van Basten when he is something different.He tries too hard to score and this doesn't work.The same happened to Toni some weeks ago.He scored and he regained his form.Today they played with 10 men behind the centre of the pitch and they had a goalkeeper at his best.We dominated the game and we deserved to win.
