Latin cup is a friendly cup, not official enough, and Juventus.com affirmed this and said the record is 179. So Alex already broke it 3 goals ago. If one wants to respect those 3 goals , fine, but one shouldn't make such a big deal about it. After all, even if these goals are considered, Alex already reached the 182 mark so he's already the top Scorer of Juve of all times - if you really want to push it, then together with Boniperti, so what... how many times does Alex needs to break that record ? People already celebrated the record being broken, it was back against brugge (179) and then Treviso (180) and then Rapid (182)... ok so it's nice to see more goals, but the record is already broken as far as I'm concerned.

Capello is just a son of the bitch and I hope he....******** I don't know what. Anyway, Del Piero has officially hit a slump... after a terrific season, he now went through cagliari, lazio and siena without goals/assists (just so we're clear I don't blame him , too few minutes, but it's fuked up). Didn't watch the siena match but I see he actually played 30 minutes, not 25, is that true ? It's fuked up... with Gila now scoring shitty goals for Milan, I'm geniunely worried and a very pissed off mothafuker... fuk. :faq1: :faq2: :faq3:  :disagree:

It will be better, it has to...

Sometimes realism must overcome emotions. Yes, I think Del Piero should started in this game too, yes I feel breaking the record at Delle Alpi in the end of the year would be fantastic, but for Cap only the team is important. As far as team is winning, he won't change neither the formation nor the starting attack couple. Is Zlatan deserves to be benched after one unconvincing game in Rome? No, he isn't. He has a great season so far and he must play. In him I'm seeing the future.

Obviously Cap too.

tudor made life difficult for trez and ibra. not a suprising result. del piero actually played pretty good considering when he came on, he had a few decent chances created by himself in this game, more so than trezegeut. ibra had a bad game, not terrible but u could tell his touches, movement etc was off today.

Let me start out by saying that this performance wasnt much better than the one against Lazio....it's just that Siena is worse off than Lazio. If I didnt know better, I'd think our guys minds were on Christmas shopping, rather than the game.

I am having a real hard time understanding why Cap wont sit an obviously out of form Zlatan...I knew a week ago that DP didnt have a snowflakes chance in hell at starting this game, because Cap doesnt trust him anywhere near as much as he does Zlatan...I see how Cap thinks- he's a narrow minded, 1 trick pony, who will get us ELIMINATED from the CL.........GUARANTEED !!!!!

If not for a set-piece goal, a 'keeper error, and a couple posts, this game could've been much different

my ratings-

Abbiati- was he out of the box ??? replays say....maybe !! 6

Chiellini- he was off my radar today, which means that he was ok 6

Canna- good goal, a couple mistakes later in the game, but nothing as dumb as Thurams last week 6.5

Thuram- much better tonight, but couldnt do any worse than last game 6

Zambrotta- Cap, are you listening ??? better on the LEFT !!!! 5.5

Emerson- he wa solid...was what we were missing against Lazio 6.5

Vieira- decent...like Rab already said, he could push up into the attack more 6.5

Camoranesi- not the typical Camo performance today...just didnt do enough 5.5

Mutu- you cant make a dog meow...hes NOT a winger !! might as well make him the backup 'keeper too, Cap. He is playing out of freakin position, and it shows !! 5.5

Zlatan- Vieri has no right foot, and Zlatan has no left !! Defenses are realizing how to stop him, by forcing him to make plays with his left foot...havent seen him lose the ball as much as today. He should be BENCHED !!!! 4.5

Trezeguet- bad goalkeeper error led to the goal...Trez is Trez !! 6.5

Del Piero- he tried waaaay too hard for the goal, and so was everyone else who was trying to get him the ball. He just needs to let it happen...but he also isnt getting enough playing time 5.5

Zalayeta- No rating

Capello- for the second week in a row, he didnt have his guys ready. It's just lucky we played a poor team like Siena, otherwise, we could be in some trouble. Cap 's selection and tactics are predictable, and it will get us beat when it counts most 4

what does del piero have to do in order to get a starting place
???????
He really can do nothing Cap thinks he is an old guy that has past his prime and plays him when the game is over or when its not important.. ffs Mutu got more playing time than DP did .. if Zlatan and Trezeguet are fit they play and thats it

and i guess we should live with it Ale is a bench player he is just like Zalayeta and Pessotto or any other back up players we have

Serie A Week 17 - 21/12/05 (19.30 UK)
Juventus 2 - 0 Siena
Cannavaro 13 (J), Trezeguet 54 (J)
Stadio Delle Alpi

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Juventus disposed of Siena with David Trezeguet netting for the ninth game in a row to crown them Winter Champions two rounds early.

The Bianconeri dropped points for only the second time this season in Saturday's draw at Lazio, but expected to shrug Siena aside at the Delle Alpi, especially with Emerson's return from injury. Adrian Mutu stepped in for the suspended Pavel Nedved. The visitors had won just one of their previous six games and the pressure was on Coach Gigi De Canio.

There were several familiar faces in the Tuscan squad, as Nicola Legrottaglie, Matteo Paro, Daniele Gastaldello, Antonio Mirante and Igor Tudor are all former Juve men. Paolo Negro, Gianluca Falsini, Roberto D'Aversa and the suspended Simone Vergassola were sidelined. Surprisingly, Enrico Chiesa was rested to begin with.

Siena had the first chance when Tomas Locatelli threaded through for Erjon Bogdani, but the Albanian's first touch let him down.

There was tension after eight minutes when Patrick Vieira and Alberto were pulled apart after a scuffle in midfield.

Juve took the lead from a corner kick, as Fabio Cannavaro rose above the Siena defenders to nod in Mauro Camoranesi's set-piece.

It was nearly 2-0 soon after, but Mirante performed a great save on Zlatan Ibrahimovic at the end of a fine duet with Mutu.

Paolo Foglio also wasted a good opportunity for the visitors, while Ibrahimovic drilled wide and Mirante was tested by a Gastaldello deflection.

Siena were by no means under excessive pressure in Turin and Matteo Paro's cross-shot only just failed to get a decisive touch off Igor Tudor.

Another free kick from Juve youth product Paro was pushed round the post by Christian Abbiati.

At the start of the second half, Siena really should've equalised. Locatelli set Bogdani up in a one-on-one situation with Abbiati, but the striker somehow failed to make the most of it by hesitating from seven yards.

However, Siena were made to pay for their errors, as Tudor kept David Trezeguet onside and the Frenchman waltzed round Mirante's ill-advised rush off his line to deposit into an empty net. Trez has now scored in the last nine consecutive games.

Enrico Chiesa and Alessandro Del Piero came on for the final half-hour and within seconds the Juve substitute had fired just wide of the near post.

A splendid Ibrahimovic flick left his marker behind, but Mutu failed to finish off the move thanks to a Mirante save.

There was controversy on 73 minutes, as Abbiati came out to anticipate Chiesa and handled the ball just outside the area. The Juventus goalkeeper tried valiantly to avoid taking it over the line, but the referee chose a curious solution and booked him instead of showing a straight red card.

From the resulting free kick, Chiesa thumped the far post with a fantastic curling shot and Abbiati did well to palm away Alberto's follow-up.

Mirante performed a good save to prevent Del Piero getting his goal, plucking the ball off his feet from six yards.

Gianluca Zambrotta was booked for a shocking challenge on Molinaro and will miss the game with Palermo.

For real; don´t do that. You mess up a whole thread by one post.
And it is not very humble of you to get all upset when you are the source to all the fuzz.

Type that you are sorry 100 times, pray 50 ave Maria and clean your grandma´s house and you´ll get to heaven.

:D
