Juventus-Siena, to finish up well
Juventus, returning from the first draw of the season at the Olimpico against Lazio, comes back to Delle Alpi. Wednesday night, it will meet up with Gigi De Canio’s Siena: a sparkling team, twelfth in the championship and able to score more during away games than within its friendly walls. The leader of the Tuscan offense will be, like last year, the ever-popular Enrico Chiesa, author of 11 goals in the past season and nine in this championship. He shares the goal habit with his mates Locatelli and Bogdani. It was in fact Bogdani who scored the goal that allowed Siena to win the derby against Empoli two weeks ago.
Juventus also contributed to Siena’s nice start of the season: Mirante, Legrottaglie and Tudor, on loan to the Tuscans, are behaving excellently following the path marked by another Juventus player of the past, who is now in the Palio city as coach assistant. It is Antonio Conte, unforgettable former captain of Juventus now coming back to Delle Alpi as an opponent, and who will be featured on the December issue of "Hurrà Juventus". The elements for assisting to a great game are definitely not missing. On one side there is a team looking for a more peaceful salvation compared to last year’s, that has means to achieve it and that has already won twice during this championship far away from Siena’s Artemio Franchi, showing no fear to play away. On the other side there is Fabio Capello Juventus that, against the Tuscans, is focused to end 2005 the way it has done for the whole year: winning.
