I hear Cheminti played a terrific match?? Is that true? Goal.com has put him as the goalkeeper of the week. Nedved too was put in the team of the week.
So trezeguet scored another goal which was wrongly disallowed.. Man this guy is a true finisher..

Chimenti in team of the week :wth:
Chimenti: Kept a clean sheet vs. a good Sampdoria side. However, Juve were like a fine wine. It tastes better as it ages; hence the name: the old lady. We will see who takes over the post when Buffon returns. Buffon most likely but Juve has a good substitute and Lippi has another option than Peruzzi

thz for ya comments dude

wht i think is we shouldnt play chiellini, he is just not good enough, play zambrotta on the left and camoranesi on the right, in such a way, we r balanced on both sides

and yes mutu should replace neddy, but i doubt cap will do that
well i hope mutu is being considered as a long term future replacement of neddy.Even if he doesnt get much chance this, which i think he will get at some stage.

wat do u mean abt putting camo in defense?

Once again, Juve is known for this approach, maximum result with minimum effort, like it or not. Surely the squad will be fired up for such a crucial match, just like they were against inter.
Well Inter's recent losses in both serie a and CL has certainly put our victory into perspective.

..

Just watched the game..

Chimenti - He did his job fairly well. No mistakes, and was always alert. 6.5

Zambrotta - Played a great game at the right side of the game. 7

Cannavaro - Great as always. 7

Kovac - He did nothing wrong, though one thing i dont like about him is that he always tries to clear the ball to corner or out of play even when he has a bit of space to control it and pass it to someone else. 6.5

Chiellini - I'm not impressed with his contribution at all from this game and the previous one against Lecce. He seemed not to know what to do with the ball when he had it. Weakest link of the game from Juve imo. 5.5

Nedved - He's been playing really good recently. Lively throughout the game. 7

Emerson - The best player of the game. Brilliant touch, pass, and conntrol of midfield. 8

Gianicchida - Played a decent game, nothing apecial. 6

Mutu - He was just awesome. He's getting better every game. Great goal. 8

Del Piero - Played a good game. Winning many fouls for the team. Great buildup to Mutu's goal, when he flicked it to Trez, and he passed it to Mutu. 7

Trezeguet - Trez will alwas be Trez, i.e a total stranger in the pitch, with a goal. 6

SUBS;

Zalayeta - Rubbish. 5

Balzeretti - He's clearly not a good enough to play with Juve just yet. Loaning him to some Seria A club in January would be a wise move, in-order for him to get some playing time and gain experience. He also needs an haircut. 5.5

Camoranesi - No rating.

-----

Camoranesi hasnt started in the last 2 games, i wonder if Cap would start him against Milan, or he'd go for the in form Mutu, Not that Camo is playing bad. But it would be not fair to him imo.

Sweet...TBH, I'd take Abbiati over Peruzzi anyday anytime.
