Ermm all negative? He had a brilliant touch to get the ball to Camoranesi to assist for DP's goal, and he did well in not playing selfishly to assist Zalayeta. It looked at first like he wanted to shoot, but he looked up and saw that Zala was in a good position. I think it was a good performance by him. He even scored a nice header that was disallowed
what i mean gray like i said.he isn't runing or moving in the pitch to be in the right position. i see that a lot of time.if i compare him with trezeguet (for example) trezeguet always runs when the ball is with somebody just to make sure he is in the best position to recieve the ball(am not comparing them just giving example to show what i mean).and if uread the last sentence about him I said he is not adapted well and capello will help him for that.
I know zlatan is much much better than what he is now (everybody agrees) he was much better in ajax I remember one of his goals that he run to the keeper to take the ball from him and score then.i want that kind of zlatan.
and tnx for reading my longest ever post :D

of course ferrari was at fault zlatan, cufre already intercepted the ball and ferrari lost his footing and he shouldn't have, the ball was coming to him he should've just got it and kicked it away.

roma's defense is improving - mexes, cufre, dellas all of them and they sorely miss chivu with the exception of ferrari. he is going to get axed soon.

Ferrari definitely made a mess of it as it seemed to me that Cufre had done enough to thwart Zalayeta but Ferrari lost his footing and wasn't able to clear thus letting Zala back into the play.

I actually think that Cufre disturbed Ferrari, not helped him. Zalayeta was going to the right of Ferrari, and Matteo read what he would do perfectly, but Cufre touched the ball from behind and pushed it to he left of Ferrari, thus catching him off balance. I'm convinced that, had Cufre not touched that ball, Ferrari would have stopped Zala.

But maybe it's just me.

Yeah me too. As you said Ferrari read Zalayeta's intentions well but imo he should've made the clearance, even after Cufre's touch. In the end the biggest problem was miscommunication because both Cufre and Ferrari did well in taking the ball away and reading the play respectively, but in doing that they messed up each other.

Btw, does anyone know the extent of Zebina's injury?
No, but it looked fairly serious to me. It wasn't one of those injuries that you get as a result of a rash tackle, he pulled something and muscular injuries can sideline players for a while. I hope I'm wrong though because Zebina has been excellent thus far this season. He has certainly surpassed all my expectations of him.

Well, I agree that he could have done better, but I dont think it was a catastrophic error of his. He was running backward and was just caught off balance.

chesting down balls and doing a lot of footwork in place -- allowing three defenders to gang on him and force him to turnover the ball. But this time, he used that strategy to draw the defense in and poke out a brilliant pass to an open teammate. Great adjustments this match.
Exactly. It takes a skillful player to convince 3 defenders to mark him, and I think that if he can learn to take maximum advantage of his magnetism to multiple defenders, he can consistently open up good opportunities for his otherwise marked teammates. Forza Zlatan

I'm with you. It wasn't a total "big swing no ding" blunder, and it wasn't a problem with his reading of the game. Simply a case of a defender who was off-balance and made a list-ditch attempt to make contact with the ball. I don't think any of us could've done any better

good match from Juve.. but, we still didn't get our revenge..

the best players from my point of view are Emerson, Appiah and Zebina.. they were great in defending the mid.. canna, thram and buffon were great also.. DP didn't do much, but his presence on the pitch kept roma defenders at the back..

it's good to see camo doing well, perdonally I'm not a big fan of this midget.. :D, but he's doing well in the last matches and he deserves to be appreciated..

I'm worried about Nedved.. although he gives 100% and fight to the end, but he seems underperforming.. even newspapers and experts give him low marks.. I think he needs a rest, if that doesn't help.. I'm affraid his old age finally cought up with him..

Zlatan.. so far this guy has shown that he's a total crap.. he may keep some defenders busy upfront, but he's not that much of a fighter.. frankly, he's getting on my nerves with his spoiled-kid's-performance..

all in all, good game from juve.. very good..

Juve played a good game , but it was scary in the first 15 mnts cause we let dominate the midfiled but it seems itis always capellos plan to let the other team play for a while then later start the attack.
Buffon saved a very important shot by montella in the injurey time of the first half , that goal would have changed the game (thanks god)
our defence was solid (canavaro and turam)

zambrotta and zebina also were great.

midfield and attack did their best except zlatan who only shoot the balls to fans or drible as usual with no real danger (except the goal he manged to score was offside).

zalayeta should play more often
forza juve:D
