my ratings:

Buffon -- 7 -- Had excellent saves, and did nothing wrong.
Zebina -- 6.5-- Job well done.
Thuram-- 7.5-- Excellent.
Cannavaro -- 7-- Good as always.
Zambrotta-- 6-- We've seen better from him.
Nedved-- 5-- Didnt contribute to the team at all.
Appiah--6-- Was good, but not sharp enough.
Emerson--8-- Excellent (man of the match)
Camoranesi--7-- Worked very hard, almost every attack came from him since nedved was dead, and was all over the pitch.
Del Piero--7.5-- Great goal, and nice display overall.
Zlatan--6.5-- Was effective, but should have done better.

Subs:

Pessotto--6-- Didnt make any errors.
Zalayeta--6.5-- Couple a nice touches, and got luck with the goal due to major error from Ferrari.
Kapo--none

Capello Satisfied With Juve's Performance
10/28/2004 11:39:00 PM
A happy Fabio Capello expressed his satisfaction at the way his side defeated a good Roma side to stay 5 points clear at the top of Serie A.
The bianconeri won 3 fundamental points for the title race and the display against the giallorossi was once again solid as remarked by the Juventus coach.

"I saw a good Juventus and a good Roma, whose qualities cannot be discussed as they have great players. We were good and concentrated. Today we played against a great team which is Roma and we played well. In the first minutes they gave us problems and I think that the giallorossi will do well during the season."

Capello also spoke about Alessandro Del Piero, author of three goals in the past two games.

"Del Piero is improving and is a psychologically recovered player"

We Did Not Demerit - Delneri
10/28/2004 11:46:00 PM
A disappointed Gigi Delneri spoke soon after his side’s defeat at the Delle Alpi of Turin against Juventus.
Even though the giallorosso coach was upset with the defeat, he still was pleased with his team’s performance.

"Juventus played a ferocious match. They were very attentive during the first goal and took advantage of all the chances created. We created some important situations with Montella and Mancini but we did not take advantage of them like they did."

Roma now lie dangerously in a relegation position and on Sunday will host fourth placed Cagliari in a bid to climb back up the standings.

congrats to us :D

i got to see the game, what a performance by the team as a whole :thumb: my MoM goes to Zebina....

btw, i dont think Nedved had a good game. we was practically unanimous through out the game. that's good coz we're not really dependant on him. and the most important thing is....

....WE WON!! and with Collina as the ref :D

It seems that Nedved has had 2 games in a row where he was not really contributing. Good to know your feedback guys, I think we are on the right track and going fast too, Nedved will be back and Trezeguet is coming, I just can see us getting better and better.

Too sad about Emo's red card, but it is fine, Forza Emo

Great goal by Zala, coulnt believe it was him at first. Great little dribbling in the middle of the field, but was very lucky to score that goal. He ment to go right of ferrari, but Cufre just nudged the ball to the left side and thus beating Ferrari who I dont think was at fault there. he read Zala's intentions right, but Cufre's touch just left him off balance.

It's good to see Del Piero performing well again. He wasn't as good as against Siena but scored a great goal, had some nice touches including a classy backheel, and worked hard intercepting quite a few passes.

Thuram was superb in the heart of defence. Some of his tackles were simply brilliant. And it's about time Zalayeta is finally getting the recognition he deserves.

I hope Nesta is crying in his house :) after what he said: “Against Atalanta we must win and on Thursday I shall support Roma without any problems.” (goal.com).
