i think that we should not underestimate Lecce but we are Juve and play at home so it is a must win for me!

i think we should with Miccoli - Di Vaio as strikers and bring Del Piero later in the game!!!

I think after the good performances of Di Vaio and Micco they deserve to be in the starting eleven!!!

ok , so Milan with udinese , and roma with empoli...hmmm lets see i wont say it's possible but it's NOT impossible for both milan and roma to loose this game ,, i mean i don't know but i have feeling like milan will struggle in this game , in their last 3 matches they scored in the last 10min as i remmber , also roma will have tough match...so lets hop they drop points while Juve will kick some asses ....

yes.. but maybe roma and milan will lose points,.. but scudetto is out of range and if 2nd or 3rd, i don't care!

Ok 2nd means that we are automaticaly qualified for CL but we are Juve and if we are 3rd we will kick out the other team (as i remember did milan when they won Cl not qualify for it)

and if juve goes in qualification i have a little chance of maybe seeing playing them!!

    Lecce return for Alex
    Monday 19 April, 2004

Alessandro Del Piero is confident that he will feature in Juventus’ next League game against Lecce.

The Italian, who has just recovered from a thigh strain, was one of the substitutes for the 2-2 draw at Parma yesterday but he wasn’t used by boss Marcello Lippi.

"I felt ready physically but the early injury to Alessio Tacchinardi complicated things for us," he told his website.

"However, I think that I could be back next Sunday in the game against Lecce. There are four games left and we are looking to win them all.

"I was happy with the team’s performance at Parma which proved to be a really tough game for both sides.

"My teammates put in an excellent performance, showing real grit and determination plus plenty of character."

Juventus twice came from behind to salvage a point thanks to an injury time header from Igor Tudor.

As far as I'm concerned the only reason we didn't see Alex against Parma yesterday is because of the early injury to Tacchinardi. According to him he's physically ready so he needs to play in order to find some form ahead of Euro2004. I'd probably start with Micco and DV upfront, but DP would play at least 25 minutes.

Oh my god Vin that's a WIN from you!! :D

    anyway

Actually I think this weekend might be bright for us. Milan will play away to Udinese and Udinese is a hard team to deal with, so anything can happen there.

Empoli gives surprises at times and who knows they might do the same to Roma plus let's not forget that Roma too still has Lazio to deal with

Which is why WINNING AGAINST LECCE is very much important to keep us in tact!

Del Piero will have time to regain his form only if Euro 2004 is next year! ;)

I think we must play offensive to cover our defence problems.. (should be done long ago.. but, lippi..??)

anyway, we should start with 3 forwards..

    this line-up will do..

    ----------------------------Buffon
    Thuram----------Ferrara--------Tudor/Iuliano------Zambrotta

    -------------------------------Tachinardi

    ------------Marsca/Camoranesi
    ------------------------------------Nedved

    ------------Miccoli---------------------------Del Piero
    --------------------------------DV/Trez

    No Appiah.. he's useless..

you'll say our midfield is exposed.. right, but with our defence.. we'll concede goals either way.. so why not attack and press on the opponent all the time..!!
