Don't see any reason why Cuadrado would be benched after playing so well. Licht and Evra will probably start again, Sturaro/Lemina/Pogba seems pretty likely for the midfield (maybe Hernanes instead of Sturaro/Lemina) and Cuadrado/Dybala/ZaZa/Pereyra for the attack. It would be nonsense to start Zaza instead of Dybala though. And heavy rotation at this point of the season when we just started winning is pretty much retarded too.

I would go with Gigi; Licht - Bonu/Barza - Chiello - Sandro; Sturaro - Lemina - Pogba; Cuadrado - Dybala - Pereyra. Zaza and Hernanes coming from the bench, of course depending how the match goes on.
