Hello everyone, just like we usually do the LIVE thread is where all the live talk takes place. In this thread Alen and I would run a live commentary session.

Alen will be doing action by action and I will do bird eye's comments on the match.

Alen will have in his signature links to streams for the match so that no one would ask aobut streams (YEAH RIGHT)

I will update my signature with the goals, warnings and substitutions with the minutes they happened. If I get provided links for the goals, I will also add them.

Let's see how this goes.

My microphone is working well, the weather is good in Turin and we're expecting a good match. The pitch looks in good condition, the pizza was good and Alen is still enjoying his dolcetto.

What are your expectations on this match, Alen? Will the players be extra motivated after the Inter result?

They sure will. It's an extra boost which only adds to the motivation that always follows the start of the season.

Chievo meant the end of the scudetto dream last season if you remember. Pellissier and his hat-trick was just the start of that awful winless series.
Looking at their squad, it's like season 2008/09 never ended for them. All the starters were there last season too.
Last year they took advantage of our high defensive line and their counters were deadly.
Ferrara surely knows this and i'm sure we won't repeat the same mistakes.
Plus, no Mellberg this time to lose the ball in the last second of the match. :)

I expect at least 2 goals for Juve and a clean sheet.

A clean sheet would be a great way to start the season, especially after leaking so much goals by the end of the last season. Three of them against Chievo.

Do you have Chievo's lineup? Or any idea how they will be playing this season?

It looks like we're being cautious, sometimes we start our matches with a rage.

    minute 4:
Grygera had the ball in good position but both his crosses were bad. The first one was intercepted and the second too high.

The difference in quality can be clearly seen but we are not taking advantage of it.
