In theory we should be able to whip Brescia just like we whipped Empoli as Brescia have one of the worst defences with 15 goals conceded.

However we all know that each game has its own story so anything can happen. Still I don't think we should have a problem in defeating them.

 Paparesta has been designed as the ref of our match! Just 2 games after the famous Zambrotta incident. I just hope Paparesta will not be influenced by that and that it will all go well.

Well if Zambro will not "fall" in the box, everything will be fine :D
Some of the players may get a rest:Di Vaio,Neddy half game....Maresca may play...but still we must win it as well.
Prediction:
3-1.
With Appiah scoring his first Juve goal,.......well....against Bresia.:):touched:

I was amazed too when I read that Paparesta was assigned for this match, I believe he will now think twice before awarding us anything in this match :D

Anyway, special match for Appiah .. he will be playing against his former mates for the first time, he says that he is still close to them and speaks with them from time to time ..

I think on paper we have the easiest of matches compared to the other competing teams, as Milan pays Doria a visit while Roma plays against wounded Inter ..

However, the Rigamonti side has always proven to be a tough nut to crack in Serie A .. Last season we were able to defeat them thanks to a Del Piero brace, which sandwitched Appiah's goal for Brescia .. but it wasn't easy as Alex's world-class goal was scored only 5 minutes from time ..

I'm looking forward for Miccoli's second Serie A match in succession, he did well against Ancona and hopefully he will repeat the feat against Brescia .. Trezeguet also has a good record against Brescia as he scored a hat-trick in the 5-0 demolition in the 2001/02 season ..

It would be nice to welcome back Legro after the long absence .. hopefully he will return the confidence to our defence and help Gigi keep a clean sheet ..

I think that Lippi will rest Appiah for this match. He's been one of the most used players in this early part of the season and he played from the first minute against Real while Davids didn't. So my guess is Camoranesi - Maresca/Tacchinardi - Davids in midfield.

I think that Lippi will play Appiah, but substitute him fairly early, especially if Juve is in total command. I can't see Lippi not allowing a player to play against his former team, especially when there is still a lot of respect and admiration by Appiah for Brescia.

Lippi does have a heart, you know.

I think.

But remember Appiah didn't have any International commitments this season .. which means he basically rested when most of the rest of the squad were called up to play important International matches with their respective teams (Euro2004 qualifiers) as well as less important ones (friendlies) along the start of the season ..

That's why I think he will not play him. Appiah is young and might be emotional and pull his leg back. I think he will start Davids then put Appiah in in the 2nd half.

dpforever - yeah true but with Milan-Juve coming up, I'm just being cautious of not getting any major injury :)

Hopefully he won't get injured .. but I believe he would be important in this match to stop Mutazalem and Bachini coming through .. they were dangerous against Inter and Lecce .. anyway, we will have to wait and see what Mister Lippi has in mind ..

At least the good thing is that whoever will play, we are sure they will perform well. Unlike last season when I would really dread seeing Baiocco in the starting lineup.....

Well, as long as he plays, that's all I care about.

Well.... I hate when u guyz critisize Trezegol! For god sake he has scored a lot of important goals! I am f*king tired of that u some u guyz complain about him :fero::(:fero:! He is great... Even though he misses some chances... But he still scores a lot... Well.. I think Juve will win 3-0 ! Trezegol will definately score! Miccoli too :D!

I would be so pleased if we take control of this game but continue to go at Brescia even if we're leading 3-0. We sat back with the same scoreline against Ancona and almost dropped points. I usually try not to compare Juve to Real Madrid, but it would be nice to see us attacking and attacking and attacking even when we have a comfortable lead.
