This really wasn’t the game for Perin. Should have done better on both of Gervinho’s goals.

What kind of defending did we see today? Just horrible positional play, it was an absolute mess. We can’t be conceding 3 goals at home, even with a patchwork defence. Allow Benatia to leave is now proving to be a terrible bit of business from Paratici

Perin - Cancelo - Rugani - Careces - Spinazzola basically saw each other on the pitch for the first time. It would be a mistake to make big conclusions about them after this game. Too many moving parts were involved, and Parma were unbelievably clinical.

In the last two games our defending has been almost comical at times. Don't remember when we've last made so many defensive errors in two consecutive games. Probably in the Secco era.

Well there are positives to take out of this; the attack was super fluent for one of the first times this season and we were unlucky to score more. We absolutely dominated the game and I wish to see more.

That defense though had a 90 minute brainfart and let in every single chance the opposition got. However, the thing that nailed the coffin was Mandzukic' MASSIVE brainfart to CROSS INTO OUR OWN FUCKING BOX IN THE LAST DYING MINUTES OF THE GAME WHEN THE OPPOSITION IS POURING IN WITH ALL THEIR PLAYERS!!!!! Not even the most amateur footballer would do that, you'd rather blast it out into a throw in than that, what on earth was he thinking?!?

Those were elementary mistakes made by Rugani cancelo and perin
