We need only 1 point from remaining two games to go through. Crisis mode.

- - - Updated - - -

Rest any start who needs it, play anyone who needs a chance to regain form and confidence.

Benevento are a Serie B team.
Wrong! We need 3 points to be assured of qualification. 1 point in two games might have us staring at the abyss of elimination.

Benedikt Howedes could reportedly be given his Juventus debut against Benevento on Sunday.

According to Tuttosport, Howedes could be given “a taste of the pitch” for the first time as a Juve player after finally overcoming a thigh injury.

The Germany defender has yet to make his Bianconeri debut since arriving on loan from Schalke over the summer.

His stay will be made permanent once he plays 25 games, but a recent report suggested the Old Lady growing tired of his constant fitness problems.

Bevento has lost 11 out of 11 games, scored only 4 goals, 6 defeats in a row at home, conceaded 26 goals.

But somehow this historically shitty team with nonexistent attack will score against us.

As much as i want to see experimenting i fear that based on current performances it be risky. We are hot and cold in serie A and cant afford to slip up. I may be drastic but seriously...we are playing like kunts.

They almost did the first leg. This group is still very much wide open
They almost held Barca out in Portugal. They didnt almost beat barcelona in Barcelona. A draw will not be enough for them so completely dufferent tasks and no this group is not wide open at all.

Barca finish 1st, we get 2nd and porto 3rd. Other outcomes may be possible but are extremely extremely unlikely at this point

Agreed. The only thing Sporting impressed me with is their physical strength, nothing more. They have absolutely no creativity upfront, only some quick wingers and a tall striker in Bas Dost. Their two goals against us came as a result of our individual mistakes. Barca will not lose to them in front of their home crowd.

Sporting were tough at home because they started at a super quick tempo and ran their asses off non stop, by the second half they were completely gassedm if they play in that manner away to barca they might be able to keep the game close for the first 45 but barca will pass them to death and after 60 minutes of chasing shadows they will be dead. Barca will flatten them once they run out of steam, could get ugly

Sporting have 0 chance of beating barca in this game hemce why that draw for us in portugal is actually an extremely good result. Allegri knew this which is why he played for a draw

Maybe not 0 but the chance is so remote. And even if they do manage to beat barcelona then they also have to beat olympiakos and so they do both it doesnt even matter so long as we manage to beat one of them

Sporting will not overtake us in this group
