This decision is only about if nipples could present themselves in Turin for the game.
They are still investigating about them not respecting the protocol.
Nipples could be penalised more if this is proven.

It was self-evident that they could not rule in favor of Napoli. Seria would go down the drain, afterwards with every Seria A refusing to play if they are missing important players, while taking advantage of a precedent.

This official position/ruling by the league was expected, if they want to league to go on (Inter for example this coming weekend have like 6-7 players out on corona, much stronger case then Napoli's bs).

But now lets see what the medical govt authorities like ASL say. Because Napoli themselves dont have much to say or come with. Except whatever mitigaitng case they may be provided by said govt entity. If they overrule their decision, and the protocols in place, it will be very hard for the league to go on as it is currently with that precedent set.

But the ASL did not ban napoli from travelling, the fact they also didn't follow protocols didn't help their situation. ADL and co do not have a leg to stand on the matter, I think they should consider themselves lucky it wasn't a bigger punishment, because they took the league for a ride.

their punishment could get worse, if the reports of further investigation on broken protocols is to be believed

I believe the ASL from Piedmont absolutely rubbished the opinion of its equivalent from Campagna.

ASL told them on Sunday to go into isolation, on Saturday they cancelled their flight to Turin, a few days even earlier ADL asked Angelli if they could postpone the match

Apparently the punishment for breaking the protocol rules could be Serie B
