Tough game when on paper it shouldn't have been that difficult, we were slow at building up play and when we did our finishing was just as lame. Credit goes to Chievo for executing a great game even if we were not that hungry for victory. Pogba was just immense when he woke up and the impact Padoin had on the team is just amazing.

Good win. Occasionally lacked that clinical, precise pass in attack otherwise it would have been more. Pogba is incredible. I was always an advocate for cashing in and building a strong squad with the funds but when you have a player who can single-handedly turn a game like he did, you need to keep hold of that player at all costs.
