Bentancur is far from ideal, but hes the best fit next to Loca in a 2 man midfield we have. He covers more ground, is a better tackler, makes better runs into the box, pretty much anything off ball. Arthur is great to recycle possession and thats about all he adds. If you want Arthur, you put him at mezzala with a 2 more mids, and thats how its probably gonna be when he starts

I'm not saying i'd throw him into the starting eleven away to Chelsea but I think its worth a chance at home vs Sass

I would like to see Arthur and Locatelli on the field together.

No chance Allegri trusts Arthur in a two. In the game he came on against Roma I think it was, Allegri put him right at the top of the field out of possession trying to ‘press’ high and pulled Bentancur back from that role tighter to the back line because he’d have no trust in him shielding anywhere near the back line.

It’d be too porous, it won’t happen and we’d just get played through.
