I have no doubt that ASL Napoli is filled with fans of their local club. However, then you have to go to the court to overturn the 3-0 and over there it's at best 50-50 I'd say. This time there's no contagion within the training camp, there's no possibility of spreading it.

Yeah, I know that fucking Juve is a national sport in banana republic called Italy but on the other hand try to imagine Inter's and Roma's reactions to postponement of this game - both would complain for sure and they're powers in themselves in the league/country too.
Last time (when it was 2 cases iirc) Napoli went to Lega Serie A and FIGC to appeal the default loss decision, both upheld the original decision. Then they went to Italian Olympic Committee and they overturned it. I don't think any of these sporting bodies evaluated whether the ASL Naples had enough reason to order for Napoli not to travel, only whether that order from ASL Naples can be used as a loophole to break Serie A Covid protocol. If ASL Naples gives out the same order again, I'm afraid this won't even take 3 appeals like last time to end up in Napoli's favor as now they have a precedent.
