Yanited was the big blemish

What a garbage team we struggled against in the group stage that szn
that home loss broke allegri

we played a good game, dominated, then lost despite playing much better

shit happens in football, it wasn't nothing special, but allegri became overly cautious ever since

tuzzers come up with weirdest scenarios. it wasn't getting mauled by madrid at home by 3 goals. or getting humiliated in CL final 4-1. no it was a random group stage cl game

It wasn't a scenario, it was an actual occurrence. Being bested at home by an inferior Yanited side did happen just like those CL final humiliations. At least those finals were against quality, superior sides.

It was his disgusting subs that gifted United the initiative and eventually the 3 points.
Only Allegri would be that stubborn to perform such subs when completely in control of a game.
So he was already broken, and Id say, he always was. Throaters will say he had a stroke or something and magically changed from Allegri V1 to Allegri V2. And that these 2 operating systems have nothing in common.

Subs in that match:
Matuidi for Khedira 61st minute
Barzagli for De Sciglio 83rd minute
Mandzukic for Cuadrado 92nd minute
But never let facts get in the way of a good story.

Lol whats your fact? what a stupid reply.

If you watched the game you would remember that we were in complete control, until Euro Max wanted to do his weird "lets lock it down"-flex, going from 4-3-3 to 5-3-2, and showing United and our players that we now start defending only and they can start attacking us. And that was exactly what happened immediately and we shat the bed spectacularly.

So Barzagli for De Sciglio was the match deciding sub? De fucking Sciglio?
What really fucked us that game was some incredibly poor finishing. We hit the post twice prior to the Ronaldo goal, and Cuadrado and Pjanic missed 2 golden chances to increase the lead. Pjanic chance was after the De Sciglio sub by the way.

Watch the last 15 min again. It wasnt just about replacing shitleo with burned out Barzagli.. We had everything, right until that sub, then we moved Cuad from Attack to Right back and added Barzagli as 3rd CB and we gave all initiative to United and crumbled immediately. It was a ridiculous yet predictable Allegri sub. It had a huge psychological impact and United knew it was time to throw everything at us

We did that 100 times and it would work 98 times, but sure you focus on that.

With English teams it's also pretty normal in their football to get a couple of goals consecutively once one goes in and they let loose. It's about defending waves and phases of the game. Also true that this probably scarred Allegri as he's not a naturally attacking coach but up to that point his Juve teams were relatively so.

Watch the game. It was a pussy move and everything changed exactly with that sub. From being in control and confident, to retreating and absolutely panicking.
Throaters will throat and thats nothing new.
It working against Lecce kind of teams is a different thing. Thats why some are sick of the fraud and clearly sees he must go. We will be punished against good sides with pussy tactics again and again. Anyways, defend it if you like, to me, he was dead as a top coach after that game if not already.
