let's also add that they had zero shots (not only zero on target, but zero attempts) in the 2nd half. and the red card came sometimes after the 70th minute, so there wasn't any particular reason for them not being able to shoot besides being completely impotent in attack in the 2nd half.
anyway, there are just some very few positives to address here. there's cuadrado and his brilliant goal obviously, and there's the clean sheet with a completely random defense, especially in the 2nd half (perin danilo rugani de ligt pellegrini lol). and let's forget about the rest cause otherwise we'll have to be here until next friday moaning about how shit we are.

Masterful defensive performance, after Viola’s quick start, they did nothing. The one attempt on target was 6 minutes into the match. While we were anemic going forward and created next to nothing, which sucks, we controlled the tempo and shape of this match entirely after the first 10 minutes or so. Deserved result, but performance needs to improve a lot going forward. Moving on from the whining now.
Perhaps. It could have been a draw. But Milenkovic in that high line broke up how many of our attacks with those tactical fouls? Quite a few by my count. And he got himself sent off for it. If he’s not fouling as much as he was for 70 minutes, perhaps we are getting past their high line more often? They also had 0 shot attempts in the first 25 minutes of that half before his sending off. We weren’t creating much but had shut them down entirely.
