I'm more upset at Allegri playing with Rabiot on the left, and making no subs (bar Pellegrini apparently becauseof AS injury) until 80th minute. That's Unacceptable.
Rabiot plays there because (rightly or wrongly) we really struggle to play out under pressure.
Dybala and Morata are useless on long direct balls so we need to have at least one out ball which is to Rabiot on the left against a smaller full back or wide midfielder, which to his credit he regularly wins.

The limited bench and the lack of trust he has in a lot of those players after what they delivered last week meant he didn’t use anyone unless his hand was forced.

I couldn’t once work out all season what Pirlo was trying to do, but at least I can understand the logic in Max’s thinking whether I agree with it or not.

So there is difference between Pirlo 4-4-2 and Allegri 4-4-2

milkenovic got the red card otherwise both the managers were settling for a draw thankfully we got the clean sheet with key defenders missing
You mean key defender missing.
Bonbon is a hazard waiting to happen.
He probably would have scored an own goal in this game, to break the deadlock, a la Zenit.
Rugani should be tried again.

Pirlo is a very low bar. Of course Max is miles better. But playing for a draw at home against a midtable team after 2 losses is unacceptable. Plain and simple.

It is easier to say he is shaky as fuck with ball at his feet no wonder why struggled to have any build up play from the back

I’m not convinced we played for a draw. We didn’t go gung-ho and were just penned in against a side who could keep the ball far better than us for long periods imo.

Didn't have a shot on target until they were down to 10.

He wants you to miss some of the games, but you're not getting the message.

Disgusting 3 points.

This game was headed for a 0-0 or 0-1 loss until that red card. Thank fuck we have a fresh Cuadrado to come off the bench and solve this game for us.

Absolutely awful stuff for 70 mins or so. No shots on goal until 10 men either. Lucky we go into the break with a win but we have a very tough run in Serie A coming up with very little room for error.

Cuadrado is life give this man a fucking raise you cheap bitches

Rabiot is a headless chicken an overpaid donkey. Minute 54 on break he can go to his right and find Chiesa instead puts his boot under the ball and pissed away the chance..got chiesa pissed off.

How bad of a badass is Chiesa? This guy hitting the post is more exciting than a penaldo goal.

Allegri getting bailed out still but we are more organized. We need to work on defending crosses/aerials.
