I don't mind us playing in any kind of formation as long as the players are asked to run rather than stand. This is the key to our problems.


If he wants to play 3-man defense thats fine by me, we can always play 3-2-3-2 (3-5-2 formation) BUT again, freakin let and demand the players to RUN like if their asses were on fire.
No running = No chances = predictable = conceding goals.
