I was looking at the last 4 rounds and man this top 4 fight is gonna be tough.
It is a huge probability that Atalanta will secure top 4 before their last round match against Milan. Atalanta has Parma, Benevento, and Genoa in the next three rounds. But that complicates things if Atalanta gives up in the last round and lets Milan win.
If we win only 7 points in the last 4 rounds [which will include a win against Milan], we seriously risk not making the top 4. Seven points without beating Milan will most probably mean we're out of top 4. This means that the Milan match is nothing else but a must win, and after that we will have to win 2 more or at least 5 points more against Sassuolo away (fighting for the last EL spot), Inter at home and Bologna away.

Dont count on it..
Should it be us winning the title we would still put a full strength against Inter as its Inter and the fans will never accept a defeat when they can easily avoid it.
Also Inter are not in the CL or some other cup that they need to save their players for the next game.
The only chance Inter field a sub or a youngster is if the starting player is not fit (injury or a red card/multiple yellow cards ban)

With the way Bentancur is playing and the way Pirlo is coaching I would switch the two. I doubt any of them can do any worse..

Buffon instead of Tek in that formation and it'd already be much more solid, we might just actually get away with all the points that way.

Tbh i don't trust any of the combos available no matter who pairs who, we already know Pirlo won't play 3 at the same time so a 4-4-2 on paper is the best we can come up with, who's at the middle is irrelevent because we'll still look like we have no midfield regardless.
I’m more confident about this game because we have the best home record in the league. And we also do appear more motivated at home against the bigger clubs too as you said.
But our away form has been dogshit all season long. And we still have two tricky away games left before the season is over. Let’s hope the last game against Bologna is irrelevant by then...
