Beating Inter in an away game while staring with 3 players who played Serie B or lower a year ago is a great achievement.

I think everyone bar Vlahovic had a great game, Soule second worst but he didn’t give me the impression that this level is above his league. If his decision making improves a bit he’ll become productive.

Kostic, Bremer, Loca, Fagioli, Gatti, Rabiot all very well

Not the best offensive effort but the team earned all 3.
Let’s take a moment to reflect on how trash Inter are in the league under Inzaghi. Completely different narrative if they didn’t piss away the scudetto last szn tho

All that matters is the win, but it’s even better when we do it at San Siro against the rats, even more so given the situation that we are in with the outside pressures and this patched up squad on the field, getting the job done with a decent performance nonetheless, although realistically still a bit wasteful in the final third, which afterall is still fine as long as we keep gettin the wins.

Shoutout especially to the defence tonight, but also to the team overall for the way they all interpreted the defensive phase, showed great intensity and the right amount of aggression to not allow them almost anything, well organized and barelly put a foot wrong.
