I think we're fucking lucky the other teams fucked up . Some of you are saying that it doesn't set us up well for our game vs Inter but given the circumstances and the way we played the game I think we were very fortunate . Yes we should have gotten all three points but this game reminded me of Serie B . Not one creative play the whole game .

Ranieri takes out Tiago who wasn't playing as good as he should have but that left us with no one to build up our play . We started building up our plays through Camo's runs ! Wtf kind of tactic is that ? You have three attackers up front , the least you can do is just attempt a decent cross and we couldn't manage to do that .

It was a bad game and that's that . However , it could have been much worse had Fiorntina and Milan won their games .

There is no need to analyze this game. 2 shot attempts all game long, not a single goalscoring chance created. Usually its a figure of speech and overexaggeration to say this, but this was by far our worst game this season, and one of the worst I have seen in overall. Just full of...NOTHINGNESS.

He is just scared if we don't scoor in first 20 min and he goes back to defending tactics (Sali, Nocerino+ LONG BALLS CITY)...He pulls out Tiago, who can still provides us whit great balls if he has the "man power" behind him (Sissoko)...But noooooo, Ruineri is scared fucker, who has not won any thing and he is not going to...I hate this coach and the hole board...

There is one thing that stills annoys after this game . After our lack of creativity was evident why would Ranieri take change Tiago for Trez ? Did he think Trezeguet was going add a spark of creativity or energy into the team ? The guy has been more or less invisible in these past few games , he's the type of player that scores when given the SERVICE , but the whole game that was exactly what we were missing . Instead of dealing with the problem in hand by introducing someone that can help build up play he puts in a finisher that can only do a good job of staying invisible .

Now the only logic behind that change is to put pressure in Empoli's defense and opt to playing those exciting long balls in to the penalty box and hope for a mistake that will lead to a goal . Now that's tactical brilliance for you .

Andy says it was a great match, best match he's seen since the 2000 Champions League Final. Zidane had a brilliant strike in the 56th minute, what a volley that was, and Raul was simply stunning out there along with Roberto Carlos. The defense was superb. After receiving so much praise (even from me) for the game plan and tactics used in the Napoli game, we are all, yet again, thrown under the bus that our favorite asshole, RUINeri, is driving

Common sense would have told any amateur coach out there that the best plan of action against Empoli would be to go out there with the same players, formation, and tactics that were used against a better team in Napoli, and get the guaranteed 3 points. I dont see us beating Inter at the weekend (not the way we played today), so these 3 points were crucial.....not to mention that Roma, Fiorentina, and Milan lost today

Why were were given a cock tease of positive football last week, only to have the 4-4-2 and the infamous long-ball waved in our faces today, like a stinky, used tampon ??

Like I already said after the game against Napoli if we didn't score in the closing minutes of the game everybody would realize that we didn't play well. We can't seem to create much chances or score. If we can't score against a weak Empoli team then you know we have a problem. Ranieri's tactics were horrible, from the starting line up today, I knew we were going to have a long day. Another thing is that Del Piero needs rest. He has played almost every game full 90 minutes and he did not look very nice in the last couple of games. Palladino needs to get his chance. We also get yellow cards right and left. Team needs discipline as we get someone suspended every other match and that messes up the chemstry of the team. It all comes down to our below average coach and he needs to step up or get out.
