I did post this in the Allegri thread, but it was after the loss on Wednesday so it got lost in the 'Allegri is shit' posts;
Is Romulo fit and is he any good at right back?
If not changing to 4 at the back will leave you with one fit rb. Licht would run himself into the ground in 65 mins from that as he'd be required to defend more than he does in the 3-5-2, and would be attacking just as much. Pereya and Padoin can cover as a wb, but they're not good cover for rb.
I'd love to see a 4-3-3 or 4-3-1-2 or something different, but this could be holding us back.
Main issue at the minute is the attitude and intensity, as well as key players not showing up at the moment. We also seem to suck balls at midweek games.

Bro, don't fuck with the back 3. You'll mess up the balance in the Universe. You know Brothers Karamazov style, Alyosha, Ivan, conversation on harmony in the Universe, and whether it can coexist with an all-forgiving God or not...
