Tiago has started two games this season (I think). It would be ridiculous for him to step into the side for a game this big when Del Piero, Palladino, Salihamidzic and Marchionni are available.

It would also be ridiculous that Tiago has started only two games this season when he was good in both of them...

No, why risk Marchionni? He'll be out for another three months if he plays a full ninety minutes. It would be friggin' ridiculous if Tiago doesn't come on at all during this game. Everyone and their grandma knows that Tiago won't start as long as Ranieri is coaching this team, but Claudio should at least throw him on in the second half for forty minutes or so. I don't see Nocerino or Zanetti making any offensive contribution or adding a creative element to the midfield, so why not yank a winger in the middle of the game and throw on Tiago. Hell, even put Nocerino on the wing and Tiago in the center. It's Tiago's turn; I've seen enough of "Little Nut" already.

Iaquinta Fully Motivated Ahead Of Milan Clash

Juventus forward Vincenzo Iaquinta is all geared up for tonight’s game at San Siro against the Rossoneri in the 14th matchday of Serie A.

Iaquinta is going through an excellent form right now and is hoping that he can lead the Bianconeri to an important and prestigious win against the European champions.

“For every player to go play at San Siro is nice as I think that this enormous stadium is the most beautiful one in the world and when it’s full it will be really exciting,” declared the former Udinese player who will start alongside David Trezeguet in the Juve offensive line.

“We are doing well,” he continued, “And we want to remain where we are, in the top positions. We go to Milan with all the chances to play an important game.”

Iaquinta commented about his personal form which has won him a place in the first team, ahead of Captain Alessandro Del Piero.

“I’m fine physically and that is the important thing. When you’re fine physically things come easily,” explained Iaquinta.

The Italian international player then spoke about Milan’s current season.

“I didn’t think that they would be so behind, but I believe that Milan is a great team, with great champions, who can help them return to a high place in the standings,” he concluded.

Ranieri: Camo A Bigger Blow Than Ronaldo

Both Ronaldo and Mauro Camoranesi have been ruled out of tonight’s big Serie A match but Claudio Ranieri believes that Juventus will miss their player more than Milan.

Camoranesi has been suffering from severe muscle fatigue and has failed to recover his fitness ahead of the trip to San Siro.

Ronaldo meanwhile picked up a calf problem in midweek while warming up before the Champions League game with Benfica.

“Out of the two players, it is us who miss out more,” said Ranieri.

“For Milan, little has changed as Ronaldo has hardly played until now. Camoranesi is a very important player for us and gives up a big leap in quality.

“Unfortunately this year he has not been able to play too much, but when he comes onto the field he always leaves his mark.”

With Camoranesi out, Ranieri now has to decide whether to go with a 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 system. The latter will result in starting places for David Trezeguet, Vincenzo Iaquinta and Alessandro Del Piero, while the former will mean that one of these players will miss out.

“We will see. I have three attackers in shape and sincerely I prefer to have plenty of choices with all my players on form, even if some have to sit on the bench,” explained the Tinkerman.

no, it is a 442... for some no-brainers in here...

the idea is to crowd the midfield with 4 more or less central players, but in the same time to have 2 creatively gifted guys to support the attack.

but hey, just my 2 cents.
