Milans win against Cagliari will pretty much lift their morals against us. I don't really care about the score or who'll score as long as we win this match and Fiorentina upsetting Inter.

Tricky game, milan have benfica AWAY in midweek, the result of that match could very much influence this match. (if they loose or draw, they will be more motivated for this one)

Anyway dont expect average milan like what their form has been in league this season. This is a BIG game and they always play better in big games.

It's great that Milan has a CL game this week

The major question for this match is: Which one of Del Piero and Iaquinta should come on as a sub later on the game?

I think that neither. I am almost sure we will play against the dogs exactly like we did against Roma, a trident attack and counter attacks.

I don't care how badly milan have played this year, I still expect them to come out and play like they did in the CL last year. This will be a huge game and I promise milan will come out and play very well. A tie would be a good result.

Too bad we can't play them both:frown:...But I'll go for Iaquinta since Milan aren't really fast on the back.

that would be a surprise. Something like this maybe:

--cammo--zanetti--neddy--

--iaquinta----trez----DP----

our maybe a different trident?

I'd start the same midfield and forwards as we did today. Ofcourse I'd rather see tiago instead of nocerino but that probably won't happen.

ambro and gattuso would have the control over midfield. I honestly think its a bit too attacking lineup, milan will punish with counters.

Yes. The same way we played against Roma. i think Ranieri is creating a couple of systems that he will use for different situations.

No surprise Camo got a drawn back role today ;)

Milan will not play counter because they will be holding the ball and attacking, just like they did today against Cagliari.

Is Grygera definitely out? If so I'd play the same formation as against Palermo.

Buffon
Zebina - Legrottaglie - Criscito - Molinaro
Camoranesi - Nocerino - Zanetti - Nedved
Iaquinta - Trezeguet

Nocerino vs Gattuso will be interesting to watch.
