GK: Handanovic perhaps makes more spectacular saves nowadays but is also much more prone to errors than Buffon. This might be closer than most would admit here but Buffon still remains the superior keeper. Take nothing away from Handa though he is very underrated and a quality keeper too.
Defense: Juve is clearly superior in this department and it could be argued that no Inter player would even make the Juve bench our depth in defense is so good. Miranda might be an exception but even he would find it hard battling for minutes against the likes of Bonucci, Chiellini, Barzagli, Rugani and Benatia.
Double pivot: Hard to make a judgement on this because both pairs have just started to play together but for both pairs the early signs are good. Pjanic is very different compared to the other three players too, technically superior to all and if he keeps his effort up hard to look past him as the best of the bunch. Better to wait and see a few months and see how this goes before making a final judgement, Sunday will give a good idea.
AM: Not really fair to Joao Mario to be compared to Dybala they are very different. Joao Mario has started his Inter career well from what I've heard so could probably offer a more defensive minded option compared to Dybala but Dybala is the most talented player in Italy and there really isn't many players in the world who compare well against him.
Wingers: Big difference in approach and style of wingers. Can see merits in all depending on the approach a team wants to take. Mandzukic vs Perisic for example is very weird comparison to make considering how different the players are. Cuadrado vs Candreva is more straightforward and Cuadrado if in form easily nicks it, sadly he can be quite inconsistent.
Striker: For all the good Icardi is doing at the moment it's still early to start comparing him to Higuain. Higuain is much more well-rounded and even beats Icardi in his best trait finishing too. Icardi has kept improving and again is a bit unlucky to be compared against Higuain. Maybe if we had both they'd play together upfront with Dybala behind.
