When you look at how shite Serie A clubs are this season, it's so embarrassing to say with a straight face "4th place is the objective".

Milan are a complete and utter shambles.

Napoli haven't won a game in a month. They have no European matches. Fucked up massively in the January mercato.

Inter are an old aging squad and they're relying on corruption and bullshit calls. Look at their performances against the top 8.

Management should be fucking ashamed of themselves.

Perfectly said.

We’ve heard the same bullshit for years now. You lower your expectations, expect shitty results and quality of play. Players drop off, coast through games and know that mediocrity is accepted. It’s infuriating.

Inter are a very good team. They arent at their best recently but they are still a very good team.
As for the rest - I agree - We should have done better and at least reach 2nd spot or even fighting for the Scudetto.

I hate to say it but Inter hoist the cup above their heads at the end of the last game of the season. It will be pain in the anus but they win it deservedly, the best team by far in Serie A..

Tak!

If Gasperini leaves at the end of the season it will be a test of strength for Atalanta that have been punching above their weight for a long time now. Gasperini deserves credit (I don't want him here) but also Percassi and the rest of the management.

Calling Inter an aging squad is a bit harsh, they have a nice mixture in their squad although they could perhaps look for some younger opportunities. Acerbi will be difficult to replace but a lot of the really old players they should look to transition out one by one to keep the core fairly stable and have some continuity as well as build on the internal culture. Will be interesting to see what Marotta does in the summer because the ones to pick up the torch looks unlikely to do so (Frattesi, Asslani, etc).

If we get that top 4th place I can see Roma or Milan taking him.
If we dont - It could be a mayhem with Inzaghi the only one keeping his place.
