I like Gilmour. He's a very non-Scottish player, more technique than physique and tries to get the ball down and play football. Of the two he seems more suited to playing outside the UK. I don't think he is Juve level or will be but could do a good job for them, it depends where Napoli sees themselves.
McTominay is hard to judge like most Man Utd players. If I had to guess I'd say he'd flop but could work well in a Conte team.
