Sporting rivalry? Definitely. Especially in Rugby League/Union and Cricket. Not really in football.

In terms of us as people. No. Very similar countries in many ways. They’re like our little sheep-shagging cousins. Plenty of NZers in Australia. Once upon a time it was actually an Australian territory (technically).
And why did Adams react like that? natural modesty?

In this action, from a game in Aus, there is people saying that the guy who scored the goal should have let it go in as the goal would have been credited to the goal kicker.

I personally think it’s a pretty damn obvious it would have been classed as an own goal by the keeper if the #9 left it to go in. What say you?
I don't think the rules are entirely clear, but generally it's considered an own goal only if the original shot was off target.
In this case it looks like the ball was going in regardless of the keeper’s touch, so if the attacker hadn’t intervened, it likely would’ve counted as a goal for the goal kicker.

Roma's last loss in the league was on 15th Dec last year. Pretty incredible turnaround. Roma-Atalanta next week will be a huge 6 pointer and I think Roma will beat Atalanta
