Perhaps. I wouldn't be surprised to see a PE firm take interest in a club. Spend 5-7 years to get the club in the black, and show a growth multiple for profitability then they sell to some bored billionaire moron who will grossly overpay for it like Elon did twitter.
I hate watching Verona. Always been so dirty, their crowd is obnoxious. Some guy went through Zaniolo's thigh/knee with a high boot, got a deserved straight red and they're booing Zaniolo whenever he touches the ball after that.
Aussie lad Cristian Volpato (from Sydney too) just scored and got an assist for Roma against Lazio.
Australia wanted to cap him to lock him in, but he has decided to chose the Italy NT instead. Will probably see him debut for the NT in the next year or so.

it's prime takeover for arab money. club with prestige, history, and big fan base. it won't need to be rebuilt for years like city, new castle or psg. i think they will be bismillah'd soon enough
Nah. Elon is special. He's retarded I think (on the spectrum). Nonetheless, I find him highly amusing and his antics entertaining - at least he seems human, unlike that despicable zombified shitcunt Bezos or that demented psychopath Gates.

If spending $44b @ $54 per share when it’s actually valued at ~$24 per share doesn’t make someone an idiot then I don’t know what does.
And before someone tries to say he isn’t using his own money just stop. Morgan Stanley tried to raise debt for the deal in the spring but with all the antics along the way they pulled out. The $ comes from his pockets and Tesla. Purely idiotic when you try to commit securities fraud and it backfires

nice writeup on how giacomelli lost his right to be a serie a and uefa ref. typical italian story with petty corruption, messed up administration and illogical proceedings. nothing funny about it, just goes to show how fucked up this country is to its core. i mean when you're caught up cheating with hotel and travel invoices (some might remember the story, multiple refs were temporarily banned last year for that), you get reinstated after you accept your plea bargain (a common thing in italian sports administration, just remember conte's ban when he was our coach), then you're messing with your hotel cost refunds again, this time with an invoice of €70 lol, how big of an idiot you must be? and the story didn't end here: aia messed up giacomelli's ban, there were multiple proceedings, appeals and shit, giacomelli might even sue aia for 1.5m of damages because his penalty was disproportionate lol
what a proper shit show, and some of these guys' judgement might decide matches
