The ref was close enough to see it live that there was contact, I guess.
I'm more troubled about Hakimi's position not being considered offside nowadays. I know that by the book it was a new action because the Torino defender already touched the ball and it's the rule that I have a problem with. This is not one of those situations when an attacker is in passive offside when a pass is made to a teammate and then he's onside for the pass to him. Hakimi was coming back from offside to win the ball when he was fouled. Everything's by the rules, but the rule is dumb.
