I dont think it was clear not to be at least checked by VAR.

How do you know that it wasn't checked? As far as I know VAR is checking every single goal for offside, but the viewers see that it was checked only when it's offside or it's too close to call and it takes time before VAR makes a decision.

They checked it for sure. And it's not close. I think you're missing the Verona defender on the far right side of the pitch (top of the picture).

They check every goal pretty sure. And it wasnt close call, clearly onside both seeing it live and in replay.

It still looks clear onside, looking how much closer the Milan player is to the lighter line than the Verona player.
