Wait if Candreva pass to Lukaku is not forward, then it's not offside despite Lukaku being in offside initially? Is that really the rule?

you didn't know that an offside pass must be forward? that's why in any 2 on 1 vs a goalkeeper the receiving player must be behind the passer.

How long have you been watching? :p

You didn't get the point.
When the first pass is played Lukaku is clearly offside. Candreva is probably not. If Candreva then passes the ball to Lukaku, would it matter if it's forward or backward or sideways? Lukaku is already in an advantagous position because of the initial ball.
