VAR should come down to the coaches challenging. That is the only way to eliminate corruption. You give the coaches a couple challenges and they decide when to do it. All they have to do is go to the 4th official standing right beside them and say challenge. If they don't do it within a reasonable time period (5-10 seconds) then play continues. Case closed.

Mertens handles the ball. Crotone coach goes to 4th official immediately and says challenge. 4th official buzzes the ref. Ref stops play immediately and goes to look.

If Crotone was wrong on 2 previous challenges, they have no more left, too bad.
This would cause some coaches (ekhm Mourinho) waiting with the challenges to the 90' and then using it for meaningless situations to waste time tho.

Better off the captain's challenging it and should have 2 challenges and keep their referral if deemed correct or lose it if they are wrong. It works at the top end level of Field hockey, cuts out the bullshit.

Just give more authority to the VAR, if he seems something suspicious that majorly impacts the game he can tell the ref to wait a bit before he checks it. Makes no sense that the blind ref is the one who makes the decision whether to check the replay or not. Challenges would only lead to more drama

Just noticed that there’s no Mandzukic and Cuadrado on that list  They are better than most on that list. Some people have no clue at all about football.
no cuadrado, but there's suso :baus: and chiesa was the best right winger of the championship in 2017 apparently :baus:

this list must be adam digby's laziest work.

If they are being honest there would be 20 Juve players on the list, it's not even funny.

Alex Sandro 21st lol. If that was the case there would have to be a Real Madrid and Barcelona in our league as well as Juve.

Yeah this is just the work of that shitty English journo (and supposed Juventus fan) Adam Digby. This is his way of trying to show his impartiality and suck up to supporters of other clubs on his Twitter feed. What a knob.
