Dzeko 18
Belotti 17
Higuain 16
Mertens 16
Icardi 15

Higgy with a game in hand. will be an interesting race for top scorer, but i feel like its Higgys title to lose, if he/we even care about it
We don't. We sat Tevez down the stretch when he could have won the scoring title. We'll do the same with Higgy if we stay in CL and maintain our league lead.

Kondogbia and Joao Mario suck.
One of the worst transfers ever. Even at Euros I was looking at that guy and wondering what the hell do people see in him. He's incredibly average. And I won't forget my brothers comment when he said 'this is a perfect player for Inter and their transfer policy' just because he offers nothing and costs a lot for some reason. Next day he was all over the Italian press being linked with Inter, and in the end they even bought him. Terrible way to invest in such a limited player, but yeah, it was an Inter way of doing things.

Kondogbia at least used to show some promise and talent. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Inter who managed to kill the last ounce of his talent, cause they are really amazing at that.

Pretty impressive to see Belotti up there. I wonder if he's a one season wonder.

Dzeko did great. And I think it would be Icardi up there if Inter wasn't so shit. I actually still think Icardi will be the one fighting with Dzeko and Higuain.

Icardi being up there is a big reason for Inter being so shit. It was the same the last two seasons. They play entirely for their striker, and while Icardi is good, he's not that good. If he doesn't score Inter doesn't score.

He's actually improving at helping create for others this season. A good thing for Inter moving forward.

its a question how much Higgy will score in the next 7-8 games. if he has 3-4 goals over the 2nd placed one by then he will win, no matter if we rest him or not

He's the sort of player who is pretty good at a lot of things but doesn't stand out with much (without space to dribble, at least), Dusan's bête noire :D
No surprise, he's being shaped into an Italian striker. :D

I think Icardi would score a shitton of goals for a club like Real or Bayern.

His price is insane though, I'd never consider buying (not that I could afford him to begin with :D).

It's hard to say. His chance conversion rate has never been that good from what I recall. He flubs a lot of easy chances. But those teams create enough chances that conversion rate becomes somewhat irrelevant.

All the same, Benzema and Lewandowski are twice the strikers Icardi is. If he gets to that level... I hope Inter will have sold him before then :p

Improving at creating for others is an understatement, he has 8 or 9 assists.

And I wouldn't hold him accountable for the rest of the teams limitations. Terrible fullbacks, shaky CBS, not so creative midfielders (hard working but won't create out of nothing but thing gets stick) , he only has excellent wingers to work with.

Needless to say he is more then doing his part of the equation.

I don't think Belotti is a one season wonder.

His hold up play is really good, He scores goals if given the opportunity, he is Physically strong and have proved to be troublesome for some of the best defenders in Serie A several times. He also is more than just a target man and has good vision and link up play.

Add his age to that and how much he is respected already, and you have yourself a winner.

He was great last season for Torino as well. It's the typical "bash Italian players for no reason" thing that tends to happen a lot on this forum.
