I don't know i just cannot see us losing this game for some reason. I think its because i think that deep down Milan have given up on the league and beating Bayern though has giventhem great confidence will also add to their belief that Cl is their best avenue for success this season and maybe this match would not mean as much as it should. Juve on the otherhand ought to be relieved that they are thru to Cl quarters and maybe more relaxed owing to the manner in which they did qualify. But then again Capello is the manager so anything can happen but i will not be surprised if we won this 1
Very good point. That said, one can also say that Juve losing would mean nothing in the scheme of things...a 7 point lead with Milan still playing the likes of Inter and Roma in the final matches. That coupled with the fact that Juve rarely drop points in Serie A this season makes it a close to impossible battle for the Scudetto. I don't know how motivated Juve are for this match either...yes, they have to restore confidence given the incredibly lucky way they qualified but they will not take chances in this match.
Milan (save the CL final and even then they arguably played better than the Pool for 120 minutes) have had a great ability to step it up in an entertaining fashion in big games. Further more, Milan have come out strong when a point is to be proven...another win against Juve speaks volumes despite the points tally.
I don't see Juve winning....perhaps a draw but many of Milan's key players are ona roll: Sheva, Kaka, Nesta, Stam and others have an all time high level of confidence: Kaladze, Vogel.
I don't expect a scoreline similiar to the last encounter but I don't expect an 'angry' Juve either who are out for revenge.
