There would be no sense in that. He is on a low salary, 27 yo, good bench option and could fetch us decent money if we decide to sell. Keep.
Reports say that he's on a 2.3M salary net, which is the reason clubs are reluctant to take him even on a loan.

I'm not sure this is accurate though. But Giovinco's presence is like an annoying bug, we should take care of it. :)

If Allegri starts him in his 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-2-1, he'll blow up this year!
 Whatever :howler:

I rather see a 4-3-2-1
I'd rather see Giovinco leave, along with his annoying and delusional fanboys.

It is rather unfortunate that pest control can't take care of this particular bug :sigh:

I'm with B81 on this one. Counting on Giovinco is like asking for trouble on purpose. Do we really need handicap this season? Won't it be hard enough just like it is without Conte and a stronger Roma? In CL it's always random for us why asking for trouble then?

With his small stature he never really stood a chance in our previous system as one of the two strikers. Field him little wide, further from the goal, preferably on the left side, so that he isn't constantly bullied by defenders and where he will have more space to operate. Then we will evaluate his performances and see whether he has what it takes to make an impact here.

Regarding his contract this shouldn't be an issue. Risking to lose him on free, while he is still fairly young and in the worst case scenario might fetch us 10m, would be absurd. :donedeal:

his stature is not the reason for anything. Insigne and him are the same height and look what he did against dortmund. It's the player's initiative and how the team suits him that counts. if we play him out of position he will be mediocre. Same would have applied for Peluso, if we play him lwb he is crap, if we play him Lb he is decent
