People that think giovinco would put up the same numbers here :howler:
Why not? Giovinco already had like almost 10 assists his first season here when he was at the bench most of the time for Nedved. So he should have no problem producing the same numbers here. Unless you of course have some biased hater reason.

Depends if he takes freekicks or corners.

I seriously doubt he would score the same amount of goals, for the above reason, and one look at the Juve scorers list should tell you why. The team spreads them out.

Because he's not going to be the centre of the team and then he's going to start crying again. FUCK giovinco.

Giovinco has never cried because he was never the center of the team. Wanting a fair chance doesn't translate into him demanding to be our focal point in offense.

We might agree with Parma to keep him for one more season (unlikely) or we'll give them money and get him back. We gave them a player for 3.5 million and if we sell him, and if he's valued at 20 million, we'll be making a neat profit of 10 millions+. It's very unlikely that we'll let Parma have 100% of his contract. The loan+co-own was the best thing to happen to Giovinco.

And if he's in he'll be one of our main freekick and corner takers. Especially corners with his size being useless :D
What I'm saying is that he plays every game when available for Parma, and takes all the set pieces. He won't here.

When talking about 'he's scored more than our players', pretty pointless argument. Juve have various attacking outlets, Parma only Giovinco who takes everything, a static poacher, and the clueless runner. Those three played pretty much the whole season, they knew their role and benefit from consistency. That's before taking into account the pros and cons between Parma and Juventus.

For example Matri has 10 goals but has only played 1923 minutes, compared to Giovinco's 2999. Vucinic has 2310. Pepe 2174.

Giovinco never cried once not when he was with us or since he has left.. He was always classy and respectful despite being treating poorly by our clueless and brain dead management. I swear people here just make stuff up.

'Giovinco worth more than €40m’
By Football Italia staff

Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi is doing the rounds on his birthday today and has now revealed his valuation of Sebastian Giovinco.

Ghirardi is giving a series of interviews to the Press today, as he celebrates his birthday and Parma’s surprisingly strong end to the season.

It is one that has been inspired by Giovinco, with five goals and three assists to his name from the team’s winning streak of six games. The 25-year-old is seeing speculation surrounding his future intensify further as a result, something that Ghirardi has looked to comment on today.

“Sebastian is co-owned between Parma and Juventus and we must meet and discuss the future,” the Ducali President told Radio Sportiva, reiterating a point earlier made to Sky Sport Italia.

“I would not be so sure of us losing him, because he wants to stay in Parma, but if Juve or one of the other big clubs wants to gamble on him then it would be right for him to consider it, but given our club’s project, I don’t see why he has to leave.

“I’m used to valuing my products based on bids in the market, so if Javier Pastore and Alexis Sanchez are valued at €40m, then Giovinco is worth more, because based on appearances and goals he has done better, and we don’t need to sell him.”
